    weekends

how do you guys keep on track on the weekends. With working a 9-5 all week my eating and gym times are quite structured. So I eat what I should and at the proper times. On the weekend, I find I'm sleeping a little longer and I find I'm not eating enough calories. I am currently cutting, but I don't want my calories too low as to protect whatever lbm I have left. I guess I'm just finding is the day flies by a little faster on the week ends. Is it just poor planning on my part. Do you guys get out of bed the same time on the weekends as you do throughout the week or do you created a specific eating schedule for the weekend.

    thanks

    steve

I still get up at 4:45-5:00am on weekends just to keep my cardio and meals on their daily schedule. At the most I will start on hour later and finish an hour later on Friday's and Saturday's.

I sleep in, but keep my diet online which i find is key. Otherwise cheating negates your weeks work. And evidently this is what separates the men from the boys^^ as shown

Thanks but in all honesty I cant sleep past 6am no matter how bad I may want to. Even during the week I wake up a good 30 minutes before my alarm goes off as I am itchin to get up and knock down my cardio.

The other option is just to take in one less meal. If you are waking up 3 hours later than usual your caloric needs are not going to be the same as if you were up and active.

If your post was that on weekends you lose control and binge due to the lack of your normal weekly structure (currently my big problem), I'd be concerned. However, since you're cutting and you're worried about not eating enough on weekends - well, I'd stop worrying. You're not going to lose LBM because you skip a meal here or there. Also keep in mind that chances are you're not working out on weekends, so your calories should be lower than normal anyway.

thanks for the info. Yea , I'm not eating too much, I'm missing meals. I was just worried about the lowered protien intake.
