Cinnamin (Spice) - Nutri Info ?
Tried finding nutritional infromation for Cinnamon Sticks & the ground up spice (thought about adding it to my oats). This is what I found, does it seem accurate?
Per 1 Tbsp
0 Fat
0 Protein
6g Carbs (4g are Dietary Fibre)
19 Calories
If 67% of the carbs are dietary fibre, can I treat this like vegetables and add like 4-5 tbsp to cooking?

I use cinnamon in my oats everyday and don't count it/wouldn't worry about it.
But WHAT in God's name are you cooking that would need 4-5tbsp of cinnamon??? It's a strong spice bro!

I use cinnamon on my oats every day and would take it even without oats as in study after study it has been deemed to help stabilize blood sugar.

I also use cinnamon on my oats every day, 2-3 teaspoons seem to do it for me.
It is also known as an aphrodisiac and claimed to be a natural anti-depressant, FYI.

Yeah love the taste of cinnamon try to use it as often as possible plus knowing it helps to a certain extent in controlling blood sugar levels doesn't hurt either. I also think it has some anti-inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant.
