Can I Cook in a single day all the chicken breast of the week?

Well in one of my meal instead of eating tuna I plan to eat 4 ounces of chicken breast but cooking it everyday is too difficult for me because im too busy si i was wondering if i could cook all my week chichen breast at once and simply store it in teh fridge till the time to eat; that would me I would cook about 2lb of chicken breast at once, ofcourse I will split it in 4 ounces each and store it.
But im not sure if it would get wasted or taste bad what you all think?

I cook all my food on Sundays. By the time the following weekend comes, sure, I feel a little weird about eating it - but it's not bad by any means.

Some food keeps for a surprisingly long time, beef being one of those foods.

I would love to cook my chicken for the week but I find that after 3-4 days the chicken becomes very dry after reheating it. I grill my chicken, maybe different if you fry it

I prefer chicken cooked in the oven. As per seasoning, just experiment to see what you like. It could be as simple as squeezing a lemon and adding pepper (Lemon and Pepper Chicken) or you can marinate your chicken, or just season with whatever spices you have.

Personally, being Egyptian, I love my food spicy as f*ck. This is what I tend to rub on my chicken

    - Chili Flakes
    - 4-5 TABLESPOONS of Cayenne Pepper
    - Sprinkle Salt

You could also season with like Montreal Steak Spice if you really wanted to. Just go to the grocery store or Bulk Barn and go down the spices aisle or make your own.

5lbs every Sunday 20 min in the oven...done. Throw a very little bit of Montreal Steak, and then a lot of the Chicken seasoning on top and it is perfect.

Keep it sealed in ziplock bags and it won't taste any different a week later unless it was overcooked in the first place.

I agree with it loosing a lot of character after 3-4 days, I usually split the week into to cooking shifts. Plus this allows me to flip back and forth between chicken and fish every 3/4 days.

I cut my chicken breast into 3/4 cubes and put in sliced garlic, salt free seasoning and oregano then sprinkle with olive oil and put it in a pyrex dish cover with foil and cook at 375° for 15-18 minutes. Then I remove and cool in a water bath in the sink, then cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate. 5-10 minutes at low heat in a pan finishes the cooking process and I eat it with Ezekial bread or plain. A microwave can be substituted when needed for the reheat but its not nearly as tasty.

Cook them all on the bbq grill with some brown rice and store them in a Tupperware container in the fridge so they can be put in the microwave at later date.

This is my exact Sunday and Thursday routine! It's like the old saying "Those who fail to plan, plan to fail".

Chicken breast normally lasts 3 days uncooked and maranated for approx 3-4 days. Any longer I would pitch it!!
