Hey does anyone use spagetti sauce on their wheat pasta?I use 2 tble spoons just for some taste.Are there and recommended sauces out there? Or is this taboo

Make your own bro...
Of the top of my head.....
Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Red Chilli (Medium Heat)
2 Spring onions
2 CLoves of garlic
Chop the garlic and chilli fine and fry in olive oil on a LOW heat for 5 mins untill soft.
Add Chopped spring onions (green onioins) and sweat off for a further 2-3 mins....
Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and turn the heat up to full and cook untill the desired consistency is reached... If u want it thicker then cook it for longer...

I make my own as well. I use the really cheap sauce - something like Contessa - which is basically just tomatoes, then add my own spices to it. I actually make a meat sauce with 95/5 lean ground beef... red pepper flakes, sauteed garlic and onion, some italian seasoning, gtg!
