I take 200mg caffeine tab before every workout. However, I have no idea what, 'to "g" you up' means.
haha g up is basically getting yourself pumped and ready. i basically just want to get woken up and not feel sluggish when i get to the gym
speaking of caffeine, i'd like to hear what some of the guys here use for supplements as pure caffeine (coffee, etc.) or thermogen, or preworkout pump, etc.
i'm currently using oxyeliteP and just started my 2nd bottle. it has 100mg caff. per pill and some other stuff. i take (2) in the AM and (1) in the PM.

I've been using a ECA stack call Asia Black 25 and to be honest a Gatorade drink with about 15g of creatine powder seems to work better before going to the gym.
I allways have caffiene when I take ephedrine also when I'm not taking them before I set off to gym

I take 200mg caffeine via pill, a kre-aklyn pill, and 4000mg L-arginine before my workouts. Pisses on any pre-fab pre-workout powder imo.
i take 200mg on lifting days, 200-400mg on cardio ( cycling ) usually in the gym.
sometimes ive taken like 500mg on lift days, but ive noticed i ran out of breath and lose strenght
