I am not sure what is with all of the "what do you think of my shake" posts lately. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd one I have seen this week. None of them state anything about the OP's current state of conditioning, their goals or how there rest of their diet is constructed. It looks like it would taste good and be very filling. Would I eat it? No.

to be honest man, nobody here can just give you a flat out answer on that. it has to fit into your goals and macros specifically for YOU.

i know you make alot of threads on here, but i would HIGHLY suggest that you go back to the diet thread in which i suggested you write down every single piece of food that you put into your mouth and the macros. we can then tell you if this magic shake is OK for you (i'm guessing it won't be!)

X3. For starter's though, remove the peanut butter - no reason to slow digestion PWO.

X4, as if it's even necessary. The ingredients for the most part aren't bad, at least you didn't list 2 cups of ice cream like the other guy, wtf!!

But as the guys said above, it's all useless unless you know your caloric requirements and this fits. Chances are this will be half a day's calories for you, so it's probably way too much.
