Meal 3. (Steak,chicken,turkey...meat) Baked Potato w/light butter,salad
Meal 4. Protein shake & oats
Meal 5.Meat, potatos,vegs
Meal 6. Protein, fruits
Any changes u'd make, trying to get this dwn pat
