I think it is best to wait for the diet experts. I am wondering about the fruit at night which can give you an insulin spike and also I am wondering about how much you are eating with what all you have listed.
I will follow your progress. Glad you surrendered. I had too! GOOD LUCK!

Welcome!
It's tough to comment when we have almost no information. Let's start with your stats - age, height, weight, BF%, TDEE if you know it (something tells me you don't, lol)....
Then repost your diet with time of day and accurate macro nutrient info for each meal, as well as where your workout fits into the schedule. It will take some work but you'll get alot more help by providing this info. Good luck!

along with your stats please list your workout routine with specific exercises/sets/reps/poundages and how many years experience training.

Without quantities, goals and personal stats there isnt any useful advice to be given. That diet could be just fine or it could be terrible.

so ArmyRanger.....you have a bit of homework to do.
Please do not let this overwhelm you. Simply share what you have now to get going and state your stats and goals specifically like gbrice, tbody and FG said.
If you read my Progress Log thread here you will see a prime example of not waiting to be perfect by any long shot!
Coming here is the first step.

I think best in this type of format for better review and critique:
Meal:
Protein shake turkey bacon banana
workout: 1 hr 15 minutes
40 minute cardio treadmill for ex
Meal
Turkey Breast Spinach
Meal
bla bla
workout
bla bla
fill in what you eat and what kind of workout in which order

this is good, based on this the diet looks extremely under-nourishing, of course you didn't list amounts or macros. You probably already know that you are a big boy, I'd say that with "High Intensity Strength Training" you should be able to add muscle and burn fat well, especially adding the cardio. Is there anyway you could calculate your macros based on your portion sizes for us to really help. Also pics would be beneficial as well.
Thanks and best of luck.
