hello i was always fat but now i have lost 50LBS fat and now i am in shape.So i think its a good time to bulk up.just scared because i have never done any bulking diet, here's my Diet
i will be bulking for 6 months because i got a contract for a bollywood movie and they have demanded a macho look. .... i only have 6 months:
History: steroid cycle: nothing
workout/Gym : 2 years
Height : 5'11
weight : 70 Kg

i will be using test Prop for last 3 months ... and its a must or i lose money


here's Diet "
Meal 1 : 70 gm oatmeal + 2 banana + 25gm whey protein
Meal 2 : whole wheat bread + 3 whole egg;omelette
Meal 3 : Brown Rice + Soyabean sticks(50 gm protein) or Chicken breast; depends
Meal 4 : PWO : 50 gm maltodextrin + 30 gm dextrose + 48 gm Beef protein isolate
Meal 5 : Whole wheat bread + Daal(indian thing,but good source of complex carbs and protein)
Meal 6 : Oatmeal + 5 egg whites
Meal 7 : wholewheat + yogurt + 5 egg whites
Meal 8 : 50 gm casein before Bed
Also eating amino acids and Bcca'a between meals

Sleep : 8 hrs
workout : 6 days a week(just one muscle gp ED)
