protein pancakes, good for cutting?
If I were to make up protein pancakes in the morning or even afternoon, are these good enough for cutting?

i either do a teaspoon on honey, sugar free maple syrup, walnuts/pecans, greek yogurt w/ smashed berries, sugar free preserves, or just eat it plain. with the flavored proteins nowadays, you are limitless with the different flavor combinations.

1 cup raw oats
1 scoop protein powder (i use a wheat protein for the pancakes) 20g protein 100 cals 0 fats 4 carbs
3-4 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1 tsp nutmeg
2 packets of splenda/truvia or sometimes nothing here
1 1/2 tsp baking powder (helps hold it together better)
1/4 cup of fruit (either blueberries, banana, strawberries, blackberries)
blend everything, then pour on hot griddle/pan. then eat up!

^ ^ definitely, 100% gtg! As OJ said earlier, count eveything and make sure they fit within your caloric/macro goals. Like almost everything else, they can't be eaten indiscriminately.
