I'm cutting, so I take 1 tbsp of flax seed oil about 8a.m. and then I have 1 tbsp of natural PB about 2-3 with my lunch, thats it. Am I getting enough healthy fats or not enough? Am I safe by saying that its best to get all your healthy fats down during the day and not at night so it doesnt sit with you all night long?!?!?!
