its so much faster and easier to drink the eggwhite than to cook it. I also find that it fills me less. Do i lose any protein from drinking liquid egg white instead of eating it?

It is generally accepted that there is more protein bioavailability in cooked eggs vs. raw, which seems counterintuitive. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I recall something like 95% bioavailable for cooked vs. 50% or so for raw. Your other concern is the (very) slight chance of salmonella contamination.
get liquid egg whites from store, Bioavailabilty higher than both other ways and safe from bacteria.
Lots of liquid egg whites are not actually raw egg whites. They are pasteurized and have the high bioavailability of cooked eggs. I am going from memory, so Google will need to back me up.
egg whites int site says 100% bio, and SURLey they wouldn't lie??? LOL
Just stay away from crap like "egg beaters' and such.
I buy frozen egg whites and drink them every morning. im a bit sus because they seem a bit more of a watered down texture than if i cracked the same amount out of whole eggs
do you use a straw?
