Training and cardio
Give me hints and things to change/eat.
I am trying to split my carbs and fat like its writin on te stickys

I'm not sure exactly what the top sentence means but your diet is terrible. Are you looking for advice on changing it. Please don't eat what you ate yesterday.

What can be said? It's terrible as Nephets said. What are your goals? In any event, take a look below at one of my diets for an example of a healthier cleaner way of eating. I'm not posting it for you to copy as i'm sure we have different nutritional needs. Read all of the sticky's as you clearly need to learn the fundamentals before anything else:
GB's Current Diet:

MEAL 1 - PRE-WORKOUT

Premier protein shake - 30/5/3/160

1 Extra Large Whole Egg - 7/0/5/90
1/2 cup liquid egg whites - 12/2/0/60
1/2 cup blueberries - 0/10/0/40
TOTALS: 60/70/12.5/620
5:30am - WORKOUT, followed by 1 hour cardio
MEAL 2 - POST WORKOUT

2 scoops Myofusion - 50/10/6/315

^ ^ not sure what you're asking here, but the link I gave you lists a bunch of foods to eat - as well as a 'blacklist' of foods to avoid.
