    Hi, I am 19
    180 lbs
    18% bf
    5'10
    Training and cardio

    Give me hints and things to change/eat.
    I am trying to split my carbs and fat like its writin on te stickys
    7:30
    milk shake
    470 calls. 18 prots. 72 carbs. 12 fat

    10:20 salmon with pasta
    Kinda big plate I dont know what it is in stats

    2x Granola bar

    3x cheese slice
    Half an green piment
    2 big carrots

    Almonds
    140 calls 5 prots
    13 fat. 4 carbs

    16:20 apple juice
    90 calls 21 carbs 0 prots 0 fat

    120 cals 21 carbs 3 fat 6 prots

    18:25 4 crepe with erable sirop

    I'm not sure exactly what the top sentence means but your diet is terrible. Are you looking for advice on changing it. Please don't eat what you ate yesterday.

    What can be said? It's terrible as Nephets said. What are your goals? In any event, take a look below at one of my diets for an example of a healthier cleaner way of eating. I'm not posting it for you to copy as i'm sure we have different nutritional needs. Read all of the sticky's as you clearly need to learn the fundamentals before anything else:


    GB's Current Diet:

    PROTEIN/CARBS/FAT/TOTAL CALORIES

    MEAL 1 - PRE-WORKOUT
    4:30am

    Premier protein shake - 30/5/3/160
    1 cup oats - 10/52/5/280
    1 Extra Large Whole Egg - 7/0/5/90
    1/2 cup liquid egg whites - 12/2/0/60
    1/2 cup blueberries - 0/10/0/40

    TOTALS: 60/70/12.5/620

    5:30am - WORKOUT, followed by 1 hour cardio

    MEAL 2 - POST WORKOUT
    7:30am

    1 cup oats - 10/52/5/280
    2 scoops Myofusion - 50/10/6/315

    TOTAL: 60/60/11/600

    MEAL 3
    10:00am

    6oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 36/0/2.5/165
    7oz Sweet Potato - 3/35/0/150
    1 Cup Green Beans - 1/4/0/20

    TOTALS: 40/40/2/350

    MEAL 4

    4oz 95/5 Lean Ground Beef - 35/0/7/200

    TOTALS: 26/10/3/180 (could add more fats here but happy with totals as is)

    46% protein, 37% carbs, 17% fat

    ^ ^ not sure what you're asking here, but the link I gave you lists a bunch of foods to eat - as well as a 'blacklist' of foods to avoid.

    Freqent problem when 1st langage is french and when I suck in english xD

    Question was:
    If you have more food to add in 'good food' just call them here :P
    And where eggs are going?

    I'm sorry but I don't think this statement is any more clear. But I'm sure your english is better than my french. As for eggs, they are a protein, if thats what you were asking.
