"Maintaining Gains" Diet..
This is what I ate yesterday. Usually similar portions every day, trying to keep all of my gains.. stats are 6'1.5" 238 9-10% bf. currently on pct, with insulin , igf-1, ghrp-6, and clenbuterol . I have actually gained a few pounds since my cycle stopped, but I have been doing cardio and my bodyfat IS NOT going up at all.. along with this I am also drinking 2 gallons of water a day roughly, and cardio is usually 15-25minutes of running (2-3 miles on tread mill) While I was on my last cycle, I was eating about 1000kcal less than this.. but i wanted to up it to make sure I was getting enough food. Does the diet look good? (normally, my protein isn't quite this high.. but it is usually in the 400g/day range)

1 cup of egg whites (26/2/0)
1 cup of oatmeal (dry measure) (26/103/11)
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter (8/7/16)
2 cups of special k (dry measure) (12/64/3)
8 oz. fat free milk (10/14/0)
1 banana (1/27/0)
GNC multivitamin
3 fish oil capsules
TOTALS FOR MEAL 1: (95p/218c/42f)
(11:30a.m.) -- pre-workout
8 oz. sliced turkey (about 10 large slices of lunch meat) (63/0/10)
4 pieces of 12-grain bread (12/55/4)
10 fig-newtons (6/107/11)
TOTALS FOR MEAL 2: (81p/162c/25f)
(2:30p.m.) -- post workout shake
3 scoops wheybolic (60/7/1)
1/2 cup carboplex (0/56/0)
20g creatine
TOTALS FOR MEAL 3: (60p/63c/1f)
(3:30p.m.) -- post workout meal
6 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast (57/4/12)
1/2 pound wheat pasta (28/168/4)
3 tbsp parmigiana cheese (9/1/7)

Great stats, great build, diet seems to be working for you you are too advanced for me to make diet suggestions too. Water intake is good, what are you shooting for ultimately?

Kcal seem ridiculously high, but if that's you in your avy and you can maintain that eating this way, God bless you. I get fat on 3000 calories/day... but I guess that's why I look the way I do, and you look the way you do!
The diet looks decent to me. There's always room for improvement, but again, if this is working for you then any critique would be nitpicking / splitting hairs.
Looking great bro, I would just focus on adding more overall mass now... which if 6000+ kcal/day doesn't do for you.... something's wrong!

looking to just maintain weight and keep body fat at a reasonable percent. it has been a few weeks, and my weight was 235 today with similar bodyfat. i have been off clen for two weeks also, going to get back on it in on monday.
