I am glad that it did. Your welcome.

PS: Longer the chicken stays in milk, softer it gets. I have seen it fall apart after being marinated in milk for 2 days, believe it or not!

I tried the milk marinade for my chicken this past week. 2 thumbs up. It doesn't give it quite as much moisture as EEVO but it does make it nice and tender. I marinaded mine in whole milk for over 24 hrs and used a salt/garlic/cayenne pepper/paprika rub before grilling over charcoal - delicious! Thanks man.

I uslay just cook up my beef, once my beef is about 90% cooked I add in salsa and chilli power with 3 cloves of garlic(garlic lover), and get some onion and mushroom and frie it up, makesure to add water and the salsa will kind of mix into the water and make a sauce.

Salsa I guess is abit on a sodim size but this stuffs good.

And forgot chicken, I find its abit hard to marinate, so I just cook it with some spice and the oven with water and veggies, then when done I put some hot pepper on it.
