Starting frresh
Hi im starting fresh just started watching the milos videos trying to get to grips with what to take on im currently 6 foot weighing about 143 pounds, getting embaressly skinny any info or recommendations are greatly appreciated my diet before was slacky and mainly fast food and beer.
Anyway new start no beer either
Summ : best foods how much protein/carbs/fat i need ect

why don't you start by reading the HOW TO BULK THREAD. Its at the top of this page. Its a very intesting read and you get most of your questions answered there.

figure out ur BMR and daily needs, then add calories to that. u seem VERY underweight for your height so just keep eating. dont just eat c*** though, read the bulking thread to get your macros right and healthy food ideas.

Read ALL of the sticky's, not just how to bulk. You clearly need to learn all the fundamentals of dieting. Check out Damien's info thread as it contains a bunch of solid 'straight to the point' advice.

Apoligys for not going streight to the stickys im not much of a computer user got a friend to show me how to use this "forum" and yeah i am very underweight and know pretty much jack about the right foods!

Ok so i have a general idea of what to eat now, before is total S*** and literally made me loose weight if
anything glad i read it, so basically came up with a quick diet for myself starting next month < i get paid and
ill be back in the barracks ready to train>
3 eggs whites every 3 hours <this im unsure of was advised of family members who did alot of training few years
ago <did competitions ect>
Morning - porridge <with fruit?> 2 table spoons sugar 250ml milk <skimmed>
10:30 Tuna sandwiches on granary bread <unsure of a spread/oil>
Large Bannana
Dinner 12:00 - Large chicken breast salad - granary bread <spread/ oil??
unsure weather to eat around 3 or what to eat
Tea - Steak/fish vedge maybe egg any other things i can eat with it?
Shakes is still a little dodgy to me in understanding info ??

It's a start, but you need to post macros so we know how much you're eating. Food choice is only a piece of the puzzle. Need to know your bodyfat and/or see pics, but you're obviously very skinny and will require some food to grow.

Going to get my body fat and all other information tomorrow and a few pics for you all to have a quick giggle at ha! also the macros going to try log everything i eat.
@Gbrice your right theres literally skin and bone small amounts of meat
