So I watched Milos Sarcev "Secret of the Pro's" on Nutrition! And tried to stick with it. I was having about 50 grams of carbs a day and could barely make it thru the day. My protien intake was about 250 grams a day and almost no fat. I was starting to lose my belly fat witch was the main reason I wanted to cut out carbs but it was almost not worth it. I'm 6 feet flat and 178 pounds when I wake up. My question is how do I find a balance I when I can maintain mass and cut my gut out. Ive never had abs even as a wrestler in high school where I weight 150 pounds It's always been a problem for me.
