    6'3 185 Lbs

    Those are my stats.
I am around 14% bf, since I have a little around my lower 2 abs.
Should I cut first, or focus on lean bulking?

Well, I am 5'6 and currently 175 pounds with roughly the same amount of BF. So, the first thing that comes in my mind is to advice you to focus on lean bulking with those stats.

You can still maintain the current BF, yet add a significant amount of lean mass on top of what you have right now.

Eat clean, train hard and you will eventually reach a level where it will be much more reasonable to start cutting.

I guess it would depend on if you like the way you currently look. If your fine with the level of fat you have then feel free to do a lean bulk. If you think that any more fat would make you feel uncomfortable then you should do a cut first. Its all up to you.

im 19, 6"3, 180ibs and 9% bf so we're pretty similar. i would say its entirely up 2 you. 14% is a bit 2 high. try get 2 10-12% and then bulk from there would be my suggestion. otherwise you could end up at 18%+ bf if u dont watch it on a bulk. it would only take u 2/3 weeks 2drop maybe 4ibs and get ur bf down enough.

What should my diet look like on a cut?
I just finished watching Milos Sarcev Secret of the Pros.

I want to say I'm an ectomorph but I'm not sure since I've never had a diet that was up
    to bodybuilding standards.

Do I maintain high protein while cutting carbs down and keeping fat low?
I tried a ketogenic diet for 2 weeks and my energy for workouts and throughout the day
    sucked.

I'm no expert, but looking at your training I'd maybe drop the supersets. Bit extreme for you at the moment. Keep it basic, supersets would be for when you are a little more advanced.
    Good luck.

If your going to stay natty then i would say skip the lean up. Just eat clean. High pro, moderate carbs. Stay away from gear as your goal is very obtainable natty.

Since I'm off keto. I jumped to 188 now in 3 days due to rotation of diet plan.

Skullcrusher & French press are similar exercises, yet not exactly the same.
