Question What do you use to flavour your unflavoured protein shakes and oats?

Hi there, I'm starting a new cutting diet tomorrow and wanted to know of some ideas to flavour protein shakes.

I've been told to use cinnamon, do I just use it on its own, and what kind of cinnamon, powder or sticks? not quite sure what to buy when I go shopping tomorrow.

I've bought 5kg of whey and 2.5kg of casein, both unflavoured, because they're a lot cheaper if you buy unflavoured.

Also I need something to flavour oats too, because oats with water sucks.

    Cheers.

You can alway use cinnamon with slpenda for both!
    or
Natrual peanut butter if it fits in your diet?
and kind of fruit for your shake.

I find if I put alittle bit of slpenda in oat it taste good.

My shakes are flavored, but you can sweeten with splenda for starters.

For oats, I use splenda and cinnamon (ground / powder), sometimes add berries or 1/2 a banana, and a splash of fat free half and half to make it creamy. You can also use sugar free preserves.
