    Carbs at night

    While bulking i eat carbs morning pre work n post work out if i lift late at night how much are thosr carbs hurting me late night before bed

    Well you need them PWO. Go with a complex carb so it's less of an insulin spike before bed.

    As long as you're eating just a bit above maintenance to add lean mass, you shouldn't be putting on much bodyfat if any at all, regardless of when you're eating your carbs. That said, I would still be smart about it and as stated above, stick with a small amount of complex carbs when close to bedtime.

    Ok i know most people say simple carbs post work because they r fast digesting?

    The BBing community is divided on this one. It's also quickly becoming a late 90's fad. Simple carbs will spike insulin supposedly driving nutrients into your cells faster. It can also fvck up your insulin levels over the long term and raises chances for spill over into fat cells. The alleged benefit is not worth the potential damage IMHO, especially close to bed.

    I after this bottle of ultra fuel that i have i will try some complex carbs pwo c the diff thanks!!!!
