VERY Interesting Interview
To start:
What is your diet like?
My diet changes often, at the moment I’m eating chicken and rice, some kind of a stir-fry mix I suppose, but I recently just came from a pizza diet which believe it or not I got sick of it (eating pizza every day).
The pizza was quite healthy and was perfect since it hit my desired macro goals (Click here for recipe).
Most of the time I eat 7 meals per day, but depending on what I’m doing or where I am sometimes I only eat 3 per day, however the overall calorie intake and macronutrient breakdown for the day is always equal whether I eat 3x per day or 7x per day, meal frequency itself isn’t important anyway it has no effect on the metabolism or metabolic rate. If I only eat 3 meals per day I consume 2 or sometimes even 3 of my meals in one sitting it just depends. I also believe that meal timing is also irrelevant, the only thing I make sure of is that I hit my total calorie intake and desired macros for my goals whatever they may be.

It is not an interesting interview at all.
Josef Rakich is a 19 year old teen BB with only 2 years of training experience. He has already done many cycles and he is 5'10" and only 165 lbs.
The impatient bastard is already out there promoting himself as if he is some kind of BB guru, thanks to the wonders of internet. He wants to turn himself into a commercial success like Richard Gaspari per se, forgetting that guys like Richard have based their careers upon previous years of hardcore training and series of competitions to which only the best were allowed to attend. He has already started to offer ''personalised workout programme and meal plan'' for $. There is so much irony here that it is not even funny...
Why would anyone here give a rat's ass about his speculative comments? He is not educated in nutrition, the idiot eats margarine over toast for breakfast. '' ... Meal frequency itself isn’t important anyway it has no effect on the metabolism or metabolic rate.'' Oh wow, he is reinventing the wheel...

Guy is shredded no doubt and knows what he is doin. that pizza diet or eating 3-7 meals a day seems to work for him, but its also good to remember taking massive amounts tren /prop will get you lean and mean no matter what.
he looks around 170lb, he will have hard time to get over 200lb if he burns out too early. everyone has different goals and not everyone wants to get big or wait to mid 20's - 30's to start juicin, hope he enjoys his life when he can.

Not disagreeing with you here, just going to play a little Devil's Advocate.
Why do you think he has been juicing for two years ? Also, he is 22 and his "before" pics are in a 4 year span, not 2. I thought it would be interesting to see all aspects of peoples thoughts in BB. If what you say is completely true, how can he get away with making statements like he did in his interview. Also, looking at his training regiment, doesn't it seem like he is over training. He does a lot of exercises and does 6-8 reps per set. Seems perhaps he may be setting people up for failure.

I agree with the gist of what Turkish Juicer said.
