You might get started by posting up what you eat so they can review it and go from there to get the ball rolling.
my diet is not to good :X however, I know it is very important..I need one of those 6 meal plans
Diets for women are the same as diets for men just less calories (usually) and sometimes a higher fat % works better.
If you need help with foods follow this rule:
If you can pick it, grow it, hunt it, you can eat it. The further you get from the source you found it in, the worse it is for you.

Post up your current diet so we can have a look. Include time of day for each meal, portion sizes, where your workout fits into the schedule, and macros would also be very helpful - we need to know how much you're eating, not just what.![]()
