    Critique Diet Please.. Cycle starts Monday!

    Staring my slingshot cycle May 2. I just need a fine tune on my diet, and im bulking.
    Running test and deca. "second cycle"

    Here is a pretty much what I will be following on a day to day basis. I will eat more as I gain. Off days I will lower carbs in half.


    Meal 1 - 730am "preoworkout" "all blended in my Vitamix blender"
    2scoops Isopure
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.
    Tablespoon of flax or tablespoon of natural PB or Coconut oil. Or even almonds.

    Workout at 9am.

    Meal 2 - 1030am "post workout"
    2scoops Isopure " 50 grams of tein"
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.

    Meal 3 - 1pm
    6-8oz of Chicken
    1 cup of Brown Rice
    1 cup of organic green beans.
    handful almonds, or 1-2tbls of natty PB.

    Meal 4 - 4pm
    6-8oz of 93-7 turkey
    1 cup of Brown Rice
    1 cup of organic green beans.
    handful almonds, or 1-2tbls of natty PB.

    Meal 5 - 7pm
    6-8oz of Ground Beef 91-9%. Or Tilapia Fish.
    1 half cup of Brown Rice
    1 cup of organic green beans.
    If I have the ground beef I don't add fat. If i have fish I have with a tbls of Olive Oil.

    Meal 6 - 10pm
    2 Scoops Isopure
    2 tablespoon of Natural PB.



    About 3500 Calories. 340 Protein, 300 carbs 98 fat.

    I weigh 175 atm .. About 5lb less then Avatar. 34yr old and 5-9

    u need to get macros for each meal so people can see the breakdown properly. http://nutritiondata.self.com/ thats a gd site 2 work them out.

    ur food choices and times are spot on, on ur estimated macros 98g of fat is way 2 much. get it down 2 75-80g by cuting out some of ur almonds/PB. 300 carbs isnt quite enough for a cycle, u could go 350-400g. ur last meal aswell, having whey b4 bed is no good, u need a casein protein. ur fats r the only thing that need 2 be properly addressed so apart from that ur diet is perfect man, nice job!

    Thanks man for the advice. Ill get the fats down to 75 and up the carbs a tad. I seem to be carb sensitive and I feel like i blow up "fat" with to many. 300 seems to be the top end but if im going to lower my fat I will have no choice but to get the extra calories from carbs.

    Ill also get some casein for my last meal.

    Here are break downs on fitday. Remember it counts protein from carbs such as oatmeal which i dont count as a complete protein.

    Meal 1 - P60 C74 F21 "preworkout"

    Meal 2 - P60 C74 F7 Post workout

    meal 3 - P46 C61 F12

    Meal 4 - P62 C61 F17 "will take out some protein here and add to meal 3 to balance out.

    Meal 5 - P50 C32 F23 "fat from ground beef " I could go leaner beef but at Costco 91-9 is lowest they have and its cheap.

    Meal 6 - P57 C6 F17
