    food poisoning

i went through my day yesterday and had my diet perfect. each macros was dead on and was doing great. then i got food poisoning and was throwing up for a little while. what is the effect this has on your food breakdown? since you havent digested it im assuming that wouldnt be factored in to you macro breakdown for that day, so what should u do to correct that?

As for food breakdown, I would assume the food on your shoes is no longer being broken down. I wouldn't count it nor would I give it a second thought. If your feeling better, continue on with your diet. The effect of that one meal or one day on your body would be so small, I wouldn't stress it.

i had food poisoning a few weeks ago. took me about 24 hours to start feeling somewhat normal again. make sure to drink plenty of fluids and get better! don't worry about the numbers until you get your body back up to par.
