    Body fat percentage estimate

    Hi guys,

    I am going to start fine tuning my diet and would like a professional opinion on were my body fat percentage is sitting. I am guessing 20+, but would like a second opinion.

    32 yrs old, 213 lbs 5' 10"

    Thank you in advance. And please let me know if this picture is not enough to make a comment on. I can probably get my wife to take a couple with a real camera if I ask really nicely.

    19-ish, not over 20% IMO. Abs are too clearly defined (relatively speaking) to be that high.

    I respectfully disagree..

    you need to take into account the lack of muscular development in the rest of his body.. i would say 22%.

    Thank you all for the reply's. So if I go with 22% can someone check my math?
    213 at 22% = 166 lbm
    166/2.2 = 75.45 lean mass in kg
    BMR = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)
    370+(21.6*75.45)
    370+(1629.72)=1999.72
    BMR = 1999.72

    Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375=2749.615

    TDE = 2750

    Does that sound right? Seems high.
