Recomp Diet/ LEAN LEAN bulk
6’2”, 225lbs, 10%bf. I just came off of a 17 week cut and my starting stats were 255 and over 20%. For me to go below 10%, I’d have to be a stick figure. I would like to do a recomp and gain a little LBM without gaining any bf% at all. I will be running 75mg of Prop and Masteron ED for 8 weeks. Along with an ECA stack (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) and 50-75mg T3 ED. Cardio will be 5 days a week on an empty stomach (40 minutes- 10% Incline, 4MPH). In a sense I guess you could even say this is a VERY lean bulk. But hopefully I will not be gaining any fat. Tell me what you guys think: Thanks….
1.) 8 Egg Whites, 4 Yolks, 1.5 Cup of Oates
2.) 3 Tilapia Filet, 8oz Asparagus, 3 Fish Oil, 3 Pieces of Ezequiel Bread
3.) 8oz Certified Angus Beef Top London Broil, 8oz Sweet Potato
4.) 2 Scoops Whey Powder, 2 Scoops of Waxy Maze
5.) 8oz Chicken breast, 2 Broccoli Crowns, 3 Fish Oil, 8oz Sweet Potato
6.) 3 Tilapia Filet, 1 Tbsp All natty Peanut Butter
7.) 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Scoop of Casein Powder, 17 Almonds
Protein= 400g
Carbs= 375g
Fat= 85g

wait only 75mg of Prop a week?
working off that calorie intake of 3865 a day for your diet i would suggest changing the macros to 335g protein, 405g carbs,100g fat

No....75mg of Prop and Masteron Every day for 8 weeks (525mg a week of each compound)

oh ok good. i was gunna say that would be WAYY too low. the cycle looks good and so does the quality of foods you are eating.

Good food choices! You might find you need to lower carbs just a bit. If so, I would cut out carbs in meal #5 and substitute in some efa's. Although at 225 @ 10% BF you might be able to get away with said amount of carbs. Give it a few weeks and then access. Good luck bro!

cant fault ur food choices, on ur macros though ur protein is REALLY high, 350g would be plenty and 85g of fat is a bit much, 70-75g would be better. those carbs i would say are up to u, for a guy ur size i would have said a bit more for a bulking cycle but if ur looking to keep ur bf the same then see how its goes. nice diet!
