Bump. It has come to my attention several people feel I parrot too much information and don't do enough on my own. For that reason I won't be contributing anymore to anything on the board until further notice. I will however continue to bump this thread for those who have enjoyed it being here with the available information.

This forum isn't Nazi Germany and I don't believe anybody is trying to censor you - we don't do that here, unless rules are being broken of course.

I think the general sentiment is that you should 'humble down' a bit, and not present yourself as an accomplished bodybuilder who has 'been there, done that' when the fact of the matter is - you haven't. PMing members to ask questions, gather info, and learn as opposed to doing it openly on the board might lead some to believe you don't want the people you advise to see that you're asking questions just like they are. i.e. if they don't think you're accomplished, they won't be as inclined to take your advice.

If you put up a current pic of yourself for your avy instead of a Windex bottle, do you think members would listen to your advice? That's not sarcasm or a knock, maybe they would. We all had to start somewhere, and are all a work in progress. I have my pic up in my avy - my physique is years away from my goal in mind, and half the members I give advice to look 10x better than I do!!! I let them decide if they want to take my advice. I don't need them to think i'm something i'm not. If my source for info is questioned, i'll reference a study, or perhaps ask people like Fireguy, Nark, Twist, Damien, etc (people who have openly shared their knowledge with me) to jump in and back me up.

I said it before to you via PM, and i'll say it again openly here - this is not meant as a personal attack on you although i'm sure it feels like one. You are a well respected member, break no rules, etc., and are well liked by the other members. Nobody wants you to stop posting on the board or contributing useful information. You may want to simply reconsider your approach. "I would" or "IMO" instead of "do this, do that" would go a long way when critiquing diets for example.
