I came up with the following for a diet to cut down fat,
This diet is only for my fist month because it will be done with only cardio and no weightlifting.
Cardio will start before meal 1 at 45min/65%MHR
and between meal 3 and 4 at 45min/65%MHR
(maybe I can move my 2nd cardio session to between meals 4 and 5 in case the 2 sessions are too close)
Meal 1 : 25g carbs / 40g protien
wait 2.5 hours
Meal 2 : 40g protien / 15g fat
wait 2.5 hours
Meal 3 : 25g carbs / 40g protien
Wait 1 hour then do 45min cardio
Wait 30min and eat :
Meal 4 : 40g protien / 15g fat
wait 3 hours
Meal 5 : 40g protien / 15g fat
Will this work or no.
What I think this will do to me is give me carbs so I do not go catabolic, but still get me good protien and fats.
I would change it up after I add in weightlifting and see where my weight is and then use a diet I had from ancient times (TCD type diet).
I am rusty on what I know, so I want to see how far off my thinking is.
I could be so far off that it's sad. (I say that because in 2003 - 2005 everything was different, people used different stuff that I now read is not good, diets have changed a little (or the science behind it thus changing the diets) and I forgot a lot. I am going off of a notebook full of logs and notes that cover 6 years)
