    Genesis 1:29 Bread

    I picked up this loaf of bread for 6 buck(crazy), anyways I was just checking to see when this was best to have and how many slices I should have.

    I have been eating it first thing in the morning with my eggs.

    its really not a bad alternative to oats. sounds like the ezekiel bread that i use sometimes. as long as it fits into your daily macros, go for it. just don't make it an everyday thing.

    oh yeah, what does the label of ingredients say? as long as it does not say enriched flour on it, it should be okay. list the ingredients on the side so that we can get a better picture.

    ezekiel bread is good stuff. Very low on the GI Scale

    ezekiel bread , IS what it is same frozen area at my store, and I do eat oats, but like to get abit of a change once in awhile.

    Genesis is made by Food For Life, the same company who makes Ezekiel, if the Biblical name didn't already ring that bell.

    It's very minimally processed and gtg. Don't sweat it, it's fine.
