My diet ....
Hi,
this is my actual diet!
Is good for cutting?
If not give me a correction.
i'm 31 years old, I train for 6 years, 4 times a week
weight 72 kg, height 180 cm

diet:
Breakfast (8:00):
4 slices of Pan D'Ecipes "CEREAL"
+ 45 g protein. Whey with water
snack (10:30) (I do not hardly ever):
30 g protein. Whey with water
lunch (13:00):
80 gr. rice + 150 g chicken + salad + olive oil
snack (which I usually do at 17:00 just after training):
30 g protein. Whey with water + banana
Dinner (20:00):
200 g chicken or fish
vegetables or salad + olive oil
pre bedtime snack (24:00):

For more specific help please post the macros for each meal. At a glance your diet is terrible. Most of your protein comes from shakes. Update your diet with the proper macros and we' ll get you straitened out.

Hi guys,..
