Diet Critique Please
Guys,
Please let me know what you think of my diet. I am going to run test/tren for 10 weeks and would like to add about 10 to 15 pounds. I am currently on HRT and will be running 400MG tren and 600MG test. I have been lifting most my life and have run a couple cycles. I know I need to get my diet dialed in because I just don't seem to be growing like I used to.
Stats:
Mid 40's
215 pounds
6'
BF in the mid teens
Morning:
Six eggs and 1 cup of oatmeal
Mid morning:
60 gram protien drink- 250 calories
lunch:
6 ounce steak, 1 cup brown rice and salad
Mid day:
60 gram protien drink- 250 calories
Dinner:
8 ounce chicken, 1/2 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup of brown rice

What are macros? Are you asking for protien, fat and carbs?
My calorie requirement is 2700
i lift 3 days a week and 30 minutes of cardio on my off days. I lift heavy and do three exercises per body part and 3 to 5 sets per exercise.
Day one: Chest and tri's
Day two: Cardio
Day three: Back and bi's
Day four: Cardio
Day five: Shoulders and legs
Weekends off

Here is a breakdown of my calories, protien, carbs and fat. What's crazy is this is what I have planned for my cycle and currently I'm not drinking protien drinks, but the rest is accurate, and I'm 215 pounds. I must be missing something.
