Basically, I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I was wondering if my total daily caloric consumption should be at my TDEE, above or below to achieve this? Also wondering if I should cut my carbs much seeing as I'm still trying to gain muscle at the same time aswell? Advice would be appreciated.

Age- 18 in 5 days
Height- 5'10
Weight- 76kg
BF%- no idea, I would guess around 16%
