Here is a list I found in one of Barry Sear's books. He wrote the Zone Diet.
Athletes and their BF% when in their prime.
MALES:

wrestler seems a little low, maybe for a light weight but i think 6-8% is more accurate

shaq, when he came into the NBA was 12%bf, so i'm a little skeptical about some of those as well. The female stats look a little more accurate IMO. intersting that 15% is what they chose for the ideal male.

actually i thought they all could be off but its not like you can stereo type all postions on a football field or basketball court like said above....myself, i thought the football player positions were the most suspect..his guess of the ideal male is probably 5% off imo

there is no way baseballplayers have a lower average BF than long distance runners.. they barely move..
on another note i like them Volleyball girls.. looking nice at 21%.. i bet that is pretty close
