~ need a cereal please ~
Are there ANY cereals which would be okay for me... while trying to shed BF? Anything at all?

Look for cereals with as few 'unidentifiable' ingredients as possible, and the lowest sugar content you can find. Shredded Wheat comes to mind. Not as tasty as Fruity Pebbles, granted, but they'll fill you up for sure. Sweeten then with a little cinnamon.
Kashi makes a few good ones too, but unfortunately the 'Go Lean' varieties (honey almond flax, very berry crumble, etc) aren't all that great in terms of sugar content.

Here is what I eat, it's Egyptian cereal that my fam eats back home, might not translate to what your looking for though:
Ingredients:
- Oats
- Cayenne Pepper
- Chili Flakes
