protein- 1 to 1.5 x 205= 205grams to 310 grams roughly
carbs- 2 t o2.5 x 205= 310grams to 512 grams
Yup and let your healthy fats make up the rest of your cals so you are around 300-500cals above maintance every day.Quote:

Take how many cals you have left over from your bulking cals per day minus cals from protein and carbs then divide that by 9. That will give you how much to get. If this number is over 90-100 I would add somemore protein and carbs perday.

Well you'd get better answers to that question on the steroids forum...but sust-500mg, deca-400mg with nolva OR proviron and using clomid when coming off looks good.

Ok then, it's just the way you were wording your questions it made it sound like you didn't know. Now if you had to choose between nolva or proviron, personally I like proviron at 50mg a day throughout entire cycle. No water bloat, no gyno.....just hard muscle, at least that's what it does with me. Sounds like you have it under control so.....good luck.
