Currently im aiming for 3500 calories on train days and 2900 on off days. 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. any help on this is appreciated. thank you

Post your current diet including Proteins/Fat/Carbs/Total Calories of each meal, along with the times of the meals and what time you work out.

throughout my day im having :
breakfast (7am)- 3 whole eggs, 4 egg whites(cooked with olive oil), one slice whole wheat toast or oats
omega 3 fish oil gel tablet
    mid morning shake(10am) ( 8 oz water,casein, half bannana)/ and or snack-almonds, cashews
lunch(1pm)- grilled chicken, rice, vegetables (carrots, string beans), tuna, fruit
pre workout(450pm)- shake(8 oz water, whey, casein) or (apple w/peanut butter)
    30-45 mins before workout (jack3d, arginine/ornithine)
    during workout(530pm) (sip on xtend)
post workout- (8 oz water, whey, casien, 1/2bannana, peanut butter)
dinner(730pm)- (chicken, steak, green veggies (broccoli, spinach, asparagus),sweet potatoe, salmon or tuna)
before bed(1030pm)- (8 oz water, casein, almond powder, zinc)

I try and follow this every day as best as I can. im going to cut down on shakes per day as per some other members advice. and also increase my protein intake from macro foods rather than shakes. Im trying to keep close to all 20 lbs I gain.

20lb gains would be possible, However I'm going to be honest with you even with a good PCT and good diet you're not going to keep all 20lbs, you'll be lucky to keep 10-12. That being said, you need to find out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) google it and put your numbers in the formula.

While on cycle shoot for 500-700calories over maintenance per day. Then for PCT go with maintenance calories and try to get your fat intake down to about 50g a day or less for PCT since you're more likely to store fat since cortisol will be the the dominant hormone in your body.

Supplementing with 3-4 grams of vitamin C a day durring PCT can help control cortisol.
As far as your diet, replace your pre workout shake with real food.

TDEE =maintenance calories, although that seems a little high, shoot for 500cals over your maintenance durring your cycle
