Hello,
I started training again and it been a good 4 weeks. The only thing that i am unsure of is my diet.
I had an operation 1 year and a half ago and put on a few pounds. I am 5ft 11 started 4 weeks ago at 15st 8lb and now i am 15st 11lb. I am over weight i know but training well should sort this out. I train 3 time a week split routine.
I train heavy 6-8 reps:
Day 1 Chest+Biceps
Day 2 Back and shoulders
Day 3 Legs and Triceps
3 Exercises per muscle.
My diets
06:00 Weetabix x2
08:30-09:00 Protein shake whey
12:00 Jacket potatoe tune or chicken rice or beef and rice or beans on toast whole meal bread
03:00 PM Protein shake whey
05:00-06:00 Chicken and rice, Pasta, salads stake and potatoes and veg ect
09:00-10:00 Egg omelette (4 egg white 1 yoke)
Any advise on my diet would be welcomed. Goals are to grow replacing the fat.
