    My Diet

    Hello,
    I started training again and it been a good 4 weeks. The only thing that i am unsure of is my diet.

    I had an operation 1 year and a half ago and put on a few pounds. I am 5ft 11 started 4 weeks ago at 15st 8lb and now i am 15st 11lb. I am over weight i know but training well should sort this out. I train 3 time a week split routine.

    I train heavy 6-8 reps:

    Day 1 Chest+Biceps
    Day 2 Back and shoulders
    Day 3 Legs and Triceps
    3 Exercises per muscle.

    My diets
    06:00 Weetabix x2

    08:30-09:00 Protein shake whey

    12:00 Jacket potatoe tune or chicken rice or beef and rice or beans on toast whole meal bread

    03:00 PM Protein shake whey

    05:00-06:00 Chicken and rice, Pasta, salads stake and potatoes and veg ect

    09:00-10:00 Egg omelette (4 egg white 1 yoke)

    Any advise on my diet would be welcomed. Goals are to grow replacing the fat.

    What time do you work out. Post it and I'll take a look at your diet after I get off work If no one else chimes in. See if you can list the macros for those meals also.

    I train between 4 and 6 Monday Wednesday Friday. What is macros?

    The protein carbs fat and calories of each meal. It's short for macronutients.

    My diet is simple.I eat vegetables and fruits only.Both give me energy and make me healthy.I don't like to eat fast food items.
