    Best berries for my shakes

    ok so right now I am using blueberries in my shakes.

    I also have strawberries, raspberries and blackberries that I have to add to greek yogurt and stuff.

    I was wondering, out of all of these, which is the best for me to be using? Or does it matter can I just mix it up?

    Berry family is altogether a great source of vitamins/minerals, fiber, antioxidants and water. Just mix it up, do not worry about the much minimal nutritional differences between the cousins of berry family.

    For taste alone:

    If vanilla based, I find that the blueberries do not come thru the taste as much as the raspberries or strawberries...
    and remember frozen fruit is considered to be just as nutritious if not better from what I understand and more convenient to keep around
