    For all you burger lovers out there

    Just made a great find at Trader Joes, they have premade patties that are 94/6 or only 6% fat...I wish I could tell you they are the most delicious burgers I have ever eaten LOL but they are easy to make and taste decent for only having 6% fat!!!! Wooweee~!!!

    I just threw out the empty package and their website does not list them but they are right in the meat section they come 4 patties to a package in a nitrogen filled package about 5"x8"x1" in size. Another great product that I buy there is steamed lentils they come in 1lb vacuum packed packages for 2.99 and are ready to eat and provide slow carbs. They are super easy to bring to work for eating during the day.
