I am trying to do my cardio (jogging 4-5km) on off weight training days preferably in the morning after I wake up. I want to lose body fat and keep my muscle gains. What is the best pre run meal? Currently I am taking 25g whey protein blend 10-15 mins before my run. Should I eat carbs? I have heard mixed things...
