    Gm diet on cycle ?

    Hey guys,

    i have head about the GM diet and they said its perfect for fat loss, i did some research and i was wondering if i makes sense to go on GM diet while on cutting cycle.. my cousin have been following this diet for 1 week now and he lost 5 kgs...

    any idea ?

    I just googled the gm diet. It's awful. It wouldn't be a good idea for anybody to do, let alone on cycle when your protein should be higher than normal.
