The heat is messing with my food intake
I work in a heavy equipment shop, the heat is starting to make me sick if I eat my usual meal every 2 hours. Tonight I cut it down to 3 meals every 2.5 hours and felt much better. Now should I up the calories in those three meals to cover what Im losing by dropping a meal or spread the calories out over my daily intake?

IMHO it makes no difference if you eat 3 or 6 meals per day....
Total daily macro intake is all that matters IMO....
ATM my diet will remain exactly the same but my meal frequency may change between 4 and 7 meals per day.
I simply take my food out with me and eat it when I can...

Well Im trying to cut so the more small meals that better for me. Ill split that meals macro and calories up over me other meals.
