Hey guys I am looking for some advice on my diet but first my intro:

Age: 21
Height: 6 foot
Weight: 238 pounds
BF: Unknown, rough guess i'd say between 15-17%
Cycle experience: stupidly done t400 at 2ml a week. Off steroids till i'm atleast 25 but probably be longer.

I just have a basic diet lined out. I dont have the macros yet but I will work them out. My goal is too lose bodyfat and get to about 10%

Meal 1: half cup of oats and a low carb protein shake with large glass of grapefruit juice.

Meal 2: 5 eggs and 4 egg whites

Meal 3 (pre workout): 100 grams of white rice and 1 large chicken breast.

NO explode

Meal 4: (post workout): 100 grams of white rice and 150 grams of salmon

Meal 5: Steak and veg

Meal 6: casein protein shake with two table spoons of peanut butter.

Cant stand brown rice.

Other supplements: Flax seed oil, BCAA, Omege -3-6-9.

I also have an ECA stack - 30mg-120mg-30mg
And i have clenbuterol at 20mcg

Should i include these into my diet.
