    i too have noticed his absence. so he's not doing cardio.......maybe he gave it all up and is enjoying all the sugar and bread carbs he could ever want in his new role of couch potato

    Welcome back man, and thanks!!!

    I had to close my thread for personal reasons; I may reopen it at some point, or simply start a new log since cutting is no longer the goal. That thread was epic though.... it was up to around 66 pages before I closed it!! Really wanted to hit 100!!

Now do you and I need a personal challange again, you have a disadvantage because I am totally out of shape again. What's up with the transformation challange, did we do another one or do I need to start organizing for the new year??? What are your goals now and what do I need to do to help you get there?

    We will be starting another transformation challenge soon - hang tight, i'm sure me or one of the other staff will be contacting you - I let everybody know you're back. Admin was asking me about you recently.
