Do you lower cals on off days?
Title says it all,
If yes or no is the answer the same regardless if on cycle?

Yeah like right now I'm on a bulk, I pretty much cut my carbs in half on off days.

I drop my carbs to <50g on off days, which cycles/lowers calories by default. However, i'm cutting bodyfat, i'm very carb sensitive, etc. If I were truly bulking and the diet wasn't causing me to store any noticeable bodyfat, I wouldn't necessarily reduce calories with the exception of a PWO meal as mentioned above... which should only drop them somewhat.

On my off days I only consume starchy carbs instead of my complex carbs which definetly lowers my total calorie intake .

The only thing i drop on off days (in a bulker) is the PWO shake, which has a hefty dose of dextrose. Automatically, my kcals and simple sugar consumption goes down (my other carbs are from low GI sources anyway)
