Cutting then going to bulk need help!
OKay so im 210lbs and still kind of chunky i want to cut down to 190ish then bulk about 10 lbs of muscle i could use some help on my cutting diet and especially my bulking diet i workout alot but i wanna get jAcked like everyone else.
Weight:210lbs
Bodyfat: 22%

I usually eat egg whites or something in the morning then at lunch ill eat a chicken breast or tuna then at night i usually eat steak or some kind of meat and vegis. I still need to lose 20lbs but my bodys not making it easy.

Well the scale doesnt lie, haha I would like to cut down but like i said its not goin easy...

post the macros for those meals and we can see exactly whats going on. Are you drinking any calories?
