    Exclamation Diet Help Please...first Cycle

    Heres what my diet looks like

    morning 4 eggs and an oatmeal packet and a piece of toast
    meal 2 protein bar
    meal 3 2 cans tuna sandwitch
    meal 4 15 chicken nuggets (only protein in my house) 25 g protein plus a 23g protein shake
    Meal 5 protein shake 23 g plus a pb sandwitch
    PWO 50g protein shake

    Dinner- steak or grilled chicken. whatever my family is cooking..

    before bed protein shake

    i sometimes cheat and will go to a fast food place maybe once a week but ive cut down on that.

    I dont eat this exact diet everyday but most days i do...
    any advice would help...
    my buddy who i workout with told me eat a lot of meat and tuna and bread (for carbs)
    im on my first cycle and started last week (test sus 500 mg a week Deca 250 mg a week)

    Im 176 IBs but weighed 190 before stopping creatine and no....i have no started both again.

    My bench is going up along with my squats and my shoulder press and my curls...welll just about everything is going up....

    BUT I THINK I NEED TO BE ON A STRICTER BETTER DIET....

    any advice would be really appreciated...

    Btw if you couldnt tell i am trying to bulk, and mantain my six pack...no problems yet.

    For the love of god do not cycle your diet is complete garbage. If you already have steroids lock them up and give someone else the key. YOU ARE WASTING MONEY BY TAKING STEROIDS EATING LIKE THE ABOVE - YOU WILL NOT KEEP A SINGLE POUND GAINED.

    You need to show dedication to a proper diet before even thinking about juice.

    Your also way to young to be doing anything except food, you were told this multiple times in the Q&A section. Everything you need to know about proper eating is found in the stickies at the top of this section.



    If your too stubborn and still are going to cycle nobody is going to help you with anything because it's plain stupid to be taking steroids at 18 years old.

    Goodluck, I hope you don't ruin your body for the rest of your life.

    Your 18yrs old you dont need steroids , you can damage yourself for life so be mature about it and sell them on or throw them away. Read the stickies in the diet section because your diet is awful and you wont be bulking or gaining any weight of that.............

    Agreed with the above... big waste of time, money, and very strong potential for fvcking yourself up for life. I suggest you drop the gear NOW.
