Hi everyone. I'm three weeks out from a photoshoot, and am currently 180 lbs. at a legitimate 9.0% fat (DEXA). I would like to look as good as possible for the shoot, but the photographer said it's not really necessary to look all veined up and shredded for the shoot. I'm 43 and not really looking to try and look like I'm trying to compete onstage. We're going more for that "really hot old guy / anti aging" market.
I'm not really sure if I should spend the next 3 weeks trying to lose more fat, or if I should spend the last week doing carb depletion/loading, sodium manipulation, etc. I've never done this before and am just looking for some opinions. I guess I'm looking for the most bang for the buck in the next three weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
