Such a thing as too much of a deficit?

    Stats first and foremost

    5'10"
    Age 34
Present Weight 195 at roughly 18-19% bodyfat.
    Weight/Bodyfat Goal 180 with 8% bodtfat.

I have been training pretty hard over the last year trying to hit my goal of 8-9% bodyfat.

About 6-7 weeks ago I was down to 180(roughly 13% bodyfat.) I was on Clen and T3 with Ketofin. I think I overdid it on T3 because I became super lethargic and tired. The Ketofin didn't help the cause either. It gave me munchies.

So after getting down to 180(7 lbs from my goal) I took a month off from lifting due to the Hyperthyroidism and my poor eating habits influenced by the ketofin I skyrocketed to 200(last time I went into hyperthyroidism the same thing happened.)

Now I am back at it again but I don't have the endurance to do cardio like I was pre the month off. I was doing on average a hour of steady state cardio at about 145-150bpm.

I also have a 500 calorie deficit built into my diet to drop 4 lbs a month. I am shooting for 8 lbs a month total loss a month with workout cals added in that aren't eaten.

What I do notice now is after a hour of hard weights and anywhere from 30-60 minutes of cardio I have a huge deficit of like 1200+ cals. I am afraid to eat more because I am at max for carbs & sugar for the day. Should I lessen my cardio or eat more?

Also I have a way bigger gap on my cardio & weight days them my off or cardio only days.

I am thinking lessen my cardio so my deficit is only about 500-600.

    Share you respective viewpoints please.

I would definitely keep cals as high as possible and keep killing the cardio for an hour everyday.

Everyone is different but for me, the best way to lose BF and preserve LBM is to keep calories at about maintenance level while doing AM cardio. Fasted or non-fasted depends on current BF%. This way you're burning a ton of calories in the AM while giving your muscles plenty of fuel throughout the day and especially around the WO window.

Also, IMO its not a good idea to run T3 without AAS support. It can and will torch your LBM.
